   Keck Physical Therapy offers a monthly fitness program where patients or non-patients can workout on the equipment during regular business hours.  Fitness equipment includes the Nu-Step, stationary bicycle, treadmill, elliptical, upper and lower arm strengthening, leg strengthening, surf board, and Cat-Eye.  A separate room features hydraulic equipment which works with your own resistance and takes away the hassle of adjusting weights.  Assistance is always available on any piece of equipment - you will never feel alone. There are no yearly contracts.  Members pay each month $25/single and $40/couple.

   Our Wellness Program is open to the community.  Keck Physical Therapy is a provider of Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit and AARP United Healthcare programs.   This is a program for you offered from your insurance company.  Find out if your insurance qualifies you for this offer.
